On average we see a +12 – 20% increase in penetrations across the board and when looking at OEM backed programmes, we typically see double-digit increases in growth within their dealer network.
DEALER GROUPS.

OEM PROGRAMMES.
We have 22 global OEM partnerships for our prestigious Paint and Interior Protection. A key to our success is having the proven expertise and results in converting non-supporting dealers onto OEM-specific programmes. For example, we launched a new volume sector OEM scheme in the UK in Feb 2019 with 36% of the network supporting the programme. We worked closely with their team and within 24-months this increased to 76% of the network supporting, plus an additional 48 external franchise, off-brand sites within groups participating. Volume increased by over 49%. Furthermore, this OEM also enjoys sales success with Tyre Guard, selling over 5,000 units per annum.
GLOBAL PROGRAMMES - MULTI COUNTRY.
We understand the complexities of managing a global automotive network and have proven experience in managing and growing large diverse groups.
We are proud to be the exclusive Paint and Interior Protection provider for Inchcape globally across 17 international markets and BMW AG worldwide in 18 markets.
We have a track record of helping global Distributors, OEMs and Dealer groups with locations across multiple countries streamline operations and unlock significant efficiencies. By providing a centralised, high-quality product offering, we enable distributors to leverage economies of scale, reducing costs and increasing supply chain efficiency. This approach not only drives operational savings but also enhances profitability by releasing additional margins at each stage of the supply chain. Our global support network ensures consistent product delivery and service excellence, empowering distributors and partners to scale seamlessly while maximising returns across diverse markets.

Case Study – Global Growth.
We launched a very well-known premium sector OEM for non-insured products (paint protection) in January 2015 with an initial 32% of the network supporting the programme. We worked in conjunction with their field team to jointly carry out presentations to the participating dealers, to ensure their continued commitment. We then approached the non-supporting dealers to present the key benefits of the new proposition culminating in growth to 75% of the network subscribing. Successes in this partnership led to us extending the product range with our GardX Assure brand to incorporate insured Value Add Products (VAP’s) in January 2021 in conjunction with their Financial Services arm. Due to the success of the UK partnership, we then signed a Global agreement and are currently launched in China, Europe, Middle East, South America, Australia and New Zealand.
